(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) The project implements the "Notice on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (CAI Ku [2020] No. 46) and the "Notice on Further Increasing the Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (CAI Ku [2022] No. 19). (2) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises:***cifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and micro enterprises.
